Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and OSHER MEVIN, INC. ("SpecPick", "we", "us") about the SpecPick browser extension and the specpick.us website.
What SpecPick is
SpecPick is a browser tool that ranks your Amazon.com search results by how well they fit your search. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon or any seller.
Accounts, plans and payment
Ranking needs a SpecPick account, created when you sign in with Google. The free plan includes 20 searches a month. Paid plans include 300 searches a month and cost $1.50 a month, $5.99 for 6 months or $9.99 for 12 months, plus any tax. A search counts once SpecPick has ranked it. Stopping before a ranking exists, or a ranking that fails, does not count.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription in SpecPick's settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Stripe processes payments. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.
Your use
SpecPick acts on your instructions, in your browser. You are responsible for following the terms of the websites you visit, including Amazon's Conditions of Use. Amazon may ask you to complete a check while SpecPick is reading pages. SpecPick stops when that happens and does not try to get around it. Do not use SpecPick to collect data in bulk or for commercial data gathering.
Results can be wrong
An AI model scores listings from text written by sellers, so it can make mistakes, and it does not explain its scores. Prices, specifications and availability can change. Always check the product page before you buy. A match score is an automated estimate, not advice or a recommendation from Amazon.
No warranty
SpecPick is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, including purchases you make.
Third-party sites
SpecPick links to Amazon.com and to Stripe's pages. We are not responsible for those sites.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update SpecPick and these terms. Continuing to use SpecPick after a change means you accept the updated terms.
